Use an Iridology Eye Chart to Decode Your Iris!

vitamin-agent

From my experience, Iridology is a highly accurate assessment tool used to discover conditions in the body that might need a doctor’s assistance. Using an iridology eye chart, which shows which parts of the iris correlate with certain body parts, you can decode patterns in the eye to point to inner issues. Although it is more general than specific, an Iridologist might notice a dark spot over the lungs. This might refer to an infection or tumor, but you won’t know until you visit a doctor. The wonderful thing about Iridology is that it can be used as often as you’d like and you might catch a disease or illness before it gets any worse!

How Does the Eye Store Information?

As the eye is linked directly to the brain, nerves and all tissues in your body, it is constantly receiving and storing valuable information that could provide insights into our current state of health. Likening the iris to a computer screen would be quite correct – and all you need is an eye chart to crack the codes found here.

What Types of Health Issues Can the Eye Reveal?

Some more specific things the eye can tell you is if you have an allergy to dairy, low metabolism, or are under high stress. It even holds information about your genetic predispositions for cancers, heart disease and much more. Remember, Iridology can’t tell you if you have a weak thyroid or a growth on your thyroid, but if you are unaware of your tendencies, Iridology can point you in the right direction by pin-pointing certain areas of the body that are having trouble! Learning more about your body is very empowering and can be lots of fun too.

How Does an Iridology Eye Chart Work?

An Iridology eye chart is set up into zones, or sections that correlate with certain areas of the body. This is similar to an acupressure chart, which you might be more familiar with. Iridologists are trained to read patterns that come in the form of dark gaps, streaks, white spots, arcs and rings in the iris. A dark gap might mean dying or scarred tissue on the part of the body its zone corresponds to. If you have no idea what this might mean, you could make a doctor’s appointment and ask for a diagnosis. A very common issue found in women is ovarian cysts, for example. Dark gauges over the ovaries might mean there is a benign cyst growing there which needs to be removed.

Is There Such Thing as Self-Iridology?

Self-Iridology is fun to practice at home, and can prove to be quite a conversation starter if you bring your Iridology kit to parties. Everyone wants a turn having their eye looked at! Of course, the more experienced you are, the more precise you’ll be…which is why visiting a professional Iridologist first, before attempting to assess your own eye is the best choice. There are Iridologists who do inexpensive online readings if you can get a clear enough picture of your iris. If you choose to photograph your eye, please remember to turn off the flash first!
