Dealing with Anxiety and Panic Attacks can be very frustrating and debilitating. Most people do not know what to do about these continuous, nagging attacks. Some of you may turn to over the counter remedies for anxiety and panic attacks. But, do they help? Is there maybe another alternative?
In my experience, over the counter remedies do not work all that well if at all for most people. If they do work a little at first, they only seem to cover up what is really going on and not actually solving the problem. Unfortunately, that means if you stop taking any over the counter remedies or medications then the anxiety and panic symptoms will start right back up. This is not something that you or anyone else wants to happen. You want to get rid of these attacks for good!
So, what other alternatives are there? Well, there are a couple. One is medication prescribed by a physician. This again is the same situation as above. They may or may not work and if they do they only work while you are taking them, if you stop taking them your symptoms come right back. Does this mean you have to be on the medication for the rest of your life? Maybe.
However, the other option is all natural, does not require any medication and completely cures these attacks! Yep, you heard right. Simple techniques can be used to retrain your mind so you no longer have the fears that cause these attacks.
