You can have a look for fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and legumes that contain more fiber naturally in them so that you can increase your fiber intake.

Some common super foods that have natural fiber in them are Almonds, Apples, Avocados, Black beans, Broccoli, Chia, Lentils, Lima beans, Oatmeal, Quinoa, Blueberries, Soy beans, Water isn’t on our list of superfoods, but it’s a great addition to your diet to help some of the super-fiber foods work better. They say that drinking half hour body of water each helps counter the fluids that fiber absorbs. If you weight 120 pounds then you should drink 60 ounces of water a day. That is the most easiest way to help your digestive system.
