It is how our body works, in simple words lets keep it like this whatever you will eat or put in your mouth it will eventually go through a process and after that it will exit your body in some form. It can exit in different forms through different means of our body but the process all we eat goes through is called the digestive system. It is a built-in mechanism in living beings which plays a very important role in our body. Many people believe that every disease, every kind of effect on our body and every single bit of energy that we store in our body comes through our mouth and digestive system is responsible to handle it all.

It is very important to keep digestive system healthy. Many people suffer stress in this system one or another. Problems related to this mechanism of our body are constipation, abdominal bloating, hemorrhoids, and unnecessary pain. Indigestion or acid reflux is a common cause of emergency departments visits can lead to damage main organs or our body if not treated on time.

The blockage in digestive system of our body causes all this serious damage. It is very important to have a regular open way for our food throughout our body. There are foods that have a lot of fiber and they can help our digestive system to have a regular run. The average diet consists of about 10 grams of fiber a day. That is less than the 25 to 40 grams per day that your body needs. You can have a look for fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and legumes that contain more fiber naturally in them so that you can increase your fiber intake.

Some common super foods that have natural fiber in them are Almonds, Apples, Avocados, Black beans, Broccoli, Chia, Lentils, Lima beans, Oatmeal, Quinoa, Blueberries, Soy beans, Water isn’t on our list of superfoods, but it’s a great addition to your diet to help some of the super-fiber foods work better. They say that drinking half hour body of water each helps counter the fluids that fiber absorbs. If you weight 120 pounds then you should drink 60 ounces of water a day. That is the most easiest way to help your digestive system.
