Lower back pains

When you first discover you are having lower back pains, you may be thinking, well maybe I should take some Tylenol. This is not always the case and it is not advisable that you do this. At times, not always, but it is possible, you could possibly have Sciatica nerve damage, and though this may sound like a big deal it actually is not. When you have lower back pains, you need to first stop and think, well is this usual cramping in my back or could this be something else I am mistaking it with?

Lower back pains are a common thing among most people out there and sometimes this is not a serious thing at all. But if this pain goes on and doesn’t go away in a few days then it might be possible that you are having the symptoms of sciatica.

Leg pains

Typically if you have Sciatica you may also be experiencing numbness of the leg and or foot. Usually there is always a cramping pain going on in your leg. This too is caused by your Sciatica nerve pain damage. There are several exercises you can do to slow down, or to completely stop the pains you are feeling in your leg during your aching sessions. There is nothing you can really do to get rid of the numbness that may be going on in your feet. It is very common to mistake your leg cramps for a Charlie horse, or for a need of potassium, which also can at times cause leg cramps. If you are having leg cramps every day it would be a good idea to go to the doctor to have this symptom of Sciatica checked out. Know that it is likely to get rid of Sciatica and the symptoms may come and go, but what ever your case may be it is still safer to go and see the doctor about this symptom first.

Buttock and hips aches

Often when you may quite possibly have Sciatica, you may discover your leg aching in the beginning and then as days move forward, your pain may gradually move towards the top of your body (in some cases towards the bottom to your calves or foot). If you are having shooting pains and they are rather severe or much less than severe, it is still a symptom of Sciatica and should definitely be checked out by your doctor to have medicine prescribed, or to have a discussion on the not very rare disease. Another symptom often thought to be nothing is aching of the hips whether you are walking or sitting. If you are having shooting aching pains that travel up and down your body, into your thighs and hips then it is a symptom of Sciatica. If you ever think you may have Sciatica it is always best to get it checked out by your doctor.

When you get these symptoms of sciatica, make sure to go to your doctor first to find out if it is indeed sciatica nerve pain that you are suffering from. But also be careful of medications described by a doctor as there is ways to sure this the natural way!
