Are you tired of the constant gas and continuous bloating?

Do you wish that it would just go away?

Constant gas and bloating happens to be one of the biggest complaints that I get from my clients. No it isn’t normal and yes it is extremely annoying and embarrassing.

I vividly remember my days of dealing with these leaky guy symptoms. It didn’t matter what I ate or what I didn’t eat. After every meal, I would walk around waiting for the constant gas and bloating to strike. And it did without fail.

I’ll never forget that that one day in school.

I had just had lunch and headed back to class to take my final exam. But this day, the gas was worse than normal. The entire classroom was silent as the teacher was handing out the exams. The gas just kept building and building as I fought to hold it in with all my might. But you can probably guess where this story is going. I couldn’t hold it in any longer. All I could do was pray that it was silent enough to go unnoticed. But my prayers had failed me as I unleashed one of the loudest sounds to ever leave my body. After the laughs, giggles, and snickers died down, I sank into my seat in embarrassment. My only saving grace was that this was the final exam and I would never have to show my face in that classroom again.

I later found out that my constant gas and bloating was a result of my leaky guy. So trust me when I tell you that there is relief for these leaky guy symptoms. I got relief almost instantly with a few minor diet changes. The diet changes alone helped get my constant gas and bloating under control. Now that I’ve healed my leaky guy and said goodbye to my leaky guy symptoms, constant gas and bloating are a thing of the past.

When you suffer from leaky guy, your digestive system is impaired. This means that you can’t digest your food properly. Instead, your food sits in your digestive tract. There it begins to ferment and rot which produces gas as a byproduct.

So if you want relief for your constant gas and bloating, follow these simple tips.

1. Cut These Foods Out of Your Diet

i)Sugars

Sugar should be extremely limited in everyone’s diet. But you should cut them out entirely if you are suffering from constant gas and bloating. Not only are sugars hard to digest, they are the preferred food for harmful bacteria, parasites, and yeast. If you aren’t digesting your sugars, I can guarantee you that they are. And they are the ones causing you the problems.

ii) Milk & Dairy

Milk or dairy intolerance shouldn’t be new to you. It is one of the most common food intolerances of all time. Lactose is the milk sugar that is so difficult to digest. With how common lactose intolerance is, odds are that you have some degree of intolerance that is contributing to your constant gas and bloating.

iii) Grains (Wheat)

Grains are the lesser known culprit. Grains are harder to digest in general. For example, over 50% of the population has trouble digesting wheat. There are many traditional methods such as soaking to help make grains more digestible.

iV) Beans and Legumes

Beans and Legumes are naturally harder to digest. This is why they are typically cooked for long periods of time. There are many traditional methods such as soaking to help make beans and legumes more digestible.

2. Thoroughly Cook Your Vegetables

There is no doubt that you should be getting your primary source of carbohydrates from vegetables. But even these vegetables can be hard to digest. To make it easier on your digestive system, thoroughly cook your vegetables. This helps to start breaking down the food so that your digestive system has less work to do.

3. Read Your Food Labels

This should be a no brainer but I’m surprised at how many people fail to do this. The foods above that you should be avoiding are commonly found in almost all packaged food products. So when trying to avoid them, make sure you read the ingredients and make sure they aren’t there.
