In this article we are going to explore the idea that certain foods will give you a bigger penis. There is really nothing more frustrating for me than seeing fellow men in need getting hoodwinked by the promise of anatomical prosperity from unscrupulous operators of unethical enterprises. So if you are thinking about running out to the supermarket with a grocery list in hand…ALL for the implicit purpose of enhancing your size, read on as I shed an unflinching bright light on the whole truth behind this strange urban legend. (And illuminate the real facts that you DO need to know as well!)

Let’s get this out of the way First…..

There is no food, no meal, no imported “herb” that is going to give you a bigger penis. Remember what you were told as a kid? If it SOUNDS to good to be true, it probably is. Your diet, by and large, plays a HUGE part in your overall health, wellness and sexual performance as a man. What you eat plays a large part in your sexual appetite, AND your ability to give your partner the pleasure they deserve.

With this being said, your diet, UNFORTUNATELY, is NOT going to make your penis grow..:-)

Here is what is instructive to Know.

Many health care professionals and purveyors believe that certain foods DO play a significant role in your ability to maintain an erection. Foods like Salmon, Tuna, Sweet Potatoes, Liver, green leafy vegetables and others are thought to allow for smoother blood flow within your penis, allowing the blood vessels to expand properly, and potentially bringing more fluid into the organ. This in turn, obviously allows you to have a larger and fully erect anatomy when you need it. These foods are also VERY healthy, and will keep you fit in other areas for sure! They do not of course, make you bigger per say, they simply MAY optimize your anatomy. Which for many of us, is good news too!
