I had an issue were the app wouldn’t even open for me. I’m assuming there’s some app that conflicts with the Sky Go app. I have had the same issue and followed your instructions but the app still does not work. I have been having trouble starting Sky go on my windows 11 PC for a while.
- If this happens you can easily reset your Sky Hub to factory default settings.

- Don’t unplug or switch off your router while it resets.
- My computer had citrix workspace installed on it for work.
- When I unchecked the box pressed Apply then reloaded the app it had gone back to display the app across the full screen.

- Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky or 3rd party router.If you are on Sky Broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router.
