o Eggs (limit to 3 to 4 per week to avoid cholesterol).

o Nuts and peanut butters

o Low-fat and fat-free cheeses and ice cream.

o Pudding.

o Milk: skim or 1%. Skimmed or semi skimmed

o Cream-style soups made with low-fat milk, Skimmed or semi skimmed

o Soups made without meat extract

o Vegetables not on the lists above

o Fruits and juices.

o Breads and cereals: low fiber, white flour, or refined grain types.

o Pasta, macaroni and low-fat cheese

o Rice, not whole grain.

o Soda.

o Coffee and tea. Green tea for the win.

o Gelatin.

o Cake and cookies in small amounts. Don’t spoil your self too much!

o Fats and oils in small amounts.

o Sugar, syrup, and other sweets in small amounts.
